U.S. Shipping Information:
Shipping Within the contiguous U.S.:

S&H charge for any order under $20 is $12.45
($9.95 + $2.50 service fee for orders under $20)

S&H charge for any order $20 and up is $9.95.

Any Glass item including mirrors, wax, large wood orders, Christmas trees and glue sticks. Actual shipping cost will be charged to ship these items.

All S&H charges are nonrefundable.
Parcels returned to us, due to non-acceptance of the parcel, incur 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges incurred both inbound and outbound.

 
Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, APO, AE, Guam or any U.S. territory:
Shipping to any address outside the Contiguous US is calculated on the dimensions and weight of each package. Shipping charges are not calculated until the items are ready to leave our warehouse and will be charged separately to your credit card. The actual shipping will be charged for each package.

Minimum S&H charge for order under $20 is $12.45.

UPS Expedited Shipping Fees:
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available only to Contiguous U.S. addresses. UPS can not deliver to P.O. Boxes (we must have your physical address for expedited shipping) Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination zip code of your order.

2ND DAY AIR rates start at $32.95 and up. 2ND DAY AIR is guaranteed by the end of the second business day. Example 2ND Day Air: Order on Monday before 11am EST, your order leaves our warehouse Monday and will arrive to you before the end of the business day on Wednesday.

NEXT DAY AIR rates start at $42.95 and up. NEXT DAY AIR is guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the next business day. Example:Order on Monday before 11am EST, your order leaves our warehouse Monday and will arrive to you before the end of the business day on Tuesday.

EXPEDITED ORDERS placed after 11am EST leave our warehouse the next business day. Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday or any time Saturday or Sunday will not leave our warehouse until Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will leave our warehouse the next business day.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGES: Rates shown are minimum expedited shipping charges. We will add additional shipping if actual UPS shipping charge on your order are above shown amount. Rates will be based on the weight, size (dimensional weight) and final destination of your package. Final shipping charges will be determined at the time your order is weighed, measured and ready to leave our warehouse.

DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT: It is possible that because items in your order have a large size-to-weight ratio, UPS charges may be based on Dimensional weight instead of actual weight of items. Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, this determines the billable weight. Certain items may be light weight but will billed by UPS at a higher rate because of their size.
 
Shipping for International Orders:
Actual shipping charged. We are happy to accept your foreign orders paid by credit card or Paypal. Shipping charges to these addresses are calculated on the dim weight (dimensions and weight) of each package. Shipping charges are not calculated until the items are ready to leave our warehouse and will be charged separately to your credit card. The actual shipping will be charged for each package.

International Shipping charges shown on our web site are estimates of what actual shipping charges may be. International packages may incur tariff or duty charges. Any and all international tarriffs, brokerage fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. All S&H charges are nonrefundable.

Wholesale orders are are charged Actual shipping FOB Franklin, Ohio. Wholesale shipping charges are calculated on the actual weight or dim weight (dimensions and weight) of each order. Shipping charges are not calculated until the items are ready to leave our warehouse and will be charged separately to your credit card. Any charges shown on your web site order are strictly an estimate of what charges may be.


 
Glass/Mirror Exchange Policy
Claims for Shortages or damages must be reported within 3 business days from delivery date.
Merchandise being returned for exchange must receive an authorization number from our customer service department within 3 business days from delivery date.
*All exchanged merchandise must be in original packaging. There are no returns on mirrors - EXCHANGE ONLY.
